| AUDIONAMIX (formerly known as MIST Technologies S.A.) is a privately held company, headed by Mr Olivier Attia and based in Paris and New York, with a sales office in Los Angeles.

| Since 2003, the company has undertaken fundamental research projects in sound treatment and technologies and has patented numerous technological breakthroughs in the analysis of sound signals. AUDIONAMIX has also been developing with partner facilities a service industry (the Unmixing Station) aimed at the professional audio and video industries that will be available as of Q1 2009. Audionamix is a company that has developed the only technology in the world that allows the transformation of any mono or stereo recording into a fully conservative new multi track sound file. |

It currently employs over 16 people in France and America with a diversified background in media, entertainment, software development and scientific research and is building its sales support structure to help Audio Video professionals who are interested in the applications of AUDIONAMIX proprietary patented technology.
Mist Technologies (aka AUDIONAMIX) won the first prize of the 2003 Annual Competition of the French Ministry of Research and has an active part in numerous European research programs.
